We provide support services to the electronics industry.

A dedicated inside sales person will be your one point of contact with Custom Interface. They will coordinate the RFQ process, monitor first article responses and production progress, forward ECN or engineering requests, and order change requests.

For low volume or quick-turn wire harness and box builds, we manufacture in our factory in Bingen, Washington – 45 minutes east of Portland, Oregon. For high volume and price sensitive projects, we offer our customers the option of sourcing through one of our manufacturing partners in China. We handle all negotiations including arranging for first articles, placing orders and re-testing products upon receipt.

Our CAD ability allows us to provide DWG or PDF documentation of prototypes, saving project managers days of time and thousands of dollars. Engineers can receive a soft copy of a drawing and/or a prototype within a week with one phone call.

We stock components for our customers to reduce lead time under agreements that are tailored to fit each customer’s needs. Our fulfillment services are designed to reduce customer service issues by repackaging and/or shipping direct to your customer.
